Ajax User Control page upload in the sharepoint web parts

solutions:In few it is possible to insert script manager from within control, unfortunately in many cases the control may not be able to insert the script manager early enough in the page lifecycle depending on how the control is used . You need to add script manager in master page and remove Steps:
Open SPD , Open your Site, navigate to Catalog-> MasterpagesSelect your master page & checkout.Edit your master page in SPD.

Save , CheckIn , Publish
